Development Associate/ Consultant/Sr Consultant- SAP BTP, ABAP, RAP, CDS, ODATA - Gurgaon(BTP D@S)

What You'll do

• Hands-on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CSD, Odata, Gateway, IDOC, Adobe Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, UI5, Fiori, ATC, and code inspector configurations.
• Experienced in leading teams and capable of driving varied initiatives.
• Must have SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience from the Prepare/Explore phase till Run phase.
• Highly preferred: Deep understanding of BTP architecture and BTP services.
• Highly preferred: Experience of building applications in SAP BTP Platform (BTP-Restful Application Programming).
• Highly preferred: Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk).
• Highly preferred: S/4HANA conversion knowledge.
• Knowledge of open standards like Cloud Foundry will be appreciated.
• Tools experience in SAP BAS and SAP BTP Cockpit.
• Strong experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other Front-end Web Application development frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE.
• Good onsite lead experience with customer handling roles is a definite plus.
• Strong business processes knowledge in one or two SAP Functional areas.
• Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and solution manager.
• Scope and requirement management on WRICEF, S/4HANA conversions & custom code remediation is a must.
• Conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.
• Own/Acquire relevant SAP Business AI skills to position/deliver SAP’s AI offerings to our customers.
• Enhance adoption/consumption of various SAP AI offerings in customer use cases.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree – Regular Full time.
• 3 to 12 years of experience in SAP Development Domain on Implementation and Conversion Projects (excluding support project experience).
• 1 to 4 years of SAP BTP Extension Development Experience.
• Developments on Retail, Embedded EWM, and Transportation Management is an added advantage.
