Vistex Inc. is looking for a Development Analyst I in Hyderabad to coordinate software issues reported by clients and document solutions. The role involves troubleshooting software support issues, interacting with customers for clear problem definitions, and assisting during installations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 4–6 years of experience in SAP ABAP with knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4 HANA functionality. Strong communication skills are essential, including both technical and non-technical audience engagement.

Vistex is a global enterprise software and services company that helps businesses take control of their mission‑critical processes. Development Analyst I will coordinate software issues reported by customers and document the resolutions. This position will have constant interactions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues by replicating, debugging, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving second and third level software support issues.
• Interact with customers to ensure problems are clearly defined.
• Assist customers with issues during software installations and upgrades.
• Provide on‑call support during product installation/upgrade of customer systems.
• Learn and understand the application products developed by the business.
• Suggest methods for improving efficiency and service to customers and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s or better in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

4–6 years of experience in SAP ABAP and knowledge of SAP R/3, S/4 HANA functionality.

Required Skills

• Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate functional/technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with Vistex Incentives & Paybacks functionality, Data Maintenance functionality, or SAP Sales and Distribution functionality with exposure to system configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with top managers.
