Job description

We are looking for a full-time, skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years of proven experience in React Native and Python, especially in mobile application development. The ideal candidate is passionate about building efficient, scalable, and visually appealing web and mobile applications and is eager to collaborate with an international team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the company’s web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across all platforms. The position requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving skills, and openness to using AI-assisted development tools .

Your technical knowledge and skills will be tested by the Company’s IT Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React Native (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
• Manage full development lifecycle — from technical planning and architecture to testing and deployment.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services as needed.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web and mobile app development.
• Use and continuously explore AI‑assisted coding tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience developing mobile and web applications using React Native and Python.
• Strong understanding of front‑end and back‑end development principles (Full Stack).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database design, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with ReactJS, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Understanding of UI/UX design tools (Figma).
• Knowledge of AI‑assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar), or willingness to learn and use them regularly.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within an international team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.

Location

India (remote possible, with occasional in‑person meetings depending on location).
