Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Services Engineer (SDE3) with deep expertise in C#, Agile methodologies, and AWS cloud services. In this role, you will design, develop, and support scalable and resilient services that power critical systems in a fast‑paced, agile environment. You’ll work alongside product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality software that solves real‑world business problems. This is a hands‑on development role, ideal for someone who enjoys building cloud‑native applications, mentoring others, and driving technical excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core.
• Implement cloud‑native solutions leveraging AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, ECS, etc.).
• Lead the development of complex features, ensuring code quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in and promote Agile practices, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and set engineering best practices.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and help evolve the system design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of Level 3 support.
• Participate in CI/CD automation using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Identify and drive improvements in performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and building RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Practical experience building and deploying applications on AWS, including familiarity with services like Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD.
• Hands‑on experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event‑driven systems (e.g., SNS/SQS/Kafka).
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK).
