• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 1-3 years of software engineering experience in application development.
• Foundational experience in full-stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, databases).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms; understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, enhance, and maintain application features across frontend and backend components.
• Build and support APIs, services, integrations, and database components.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve technical skills and software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, bugs, performance issues, and production incidents in a timely manner.
• Contribute to unit testing, integration testing, automated testing, and QA activities.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation, build management, release activities, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with POD members, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Follow engineering standards, security guidelines, coding conventions, and best practices.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies and AI-enabled engineering tools.

Foundational experience in full-stack development, including frontend technologies, backend services, APIs, and databases. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies, modern engineering practices, and AI-driven development approaches. Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, coding assistants, and automation capabilities to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve technical skills and software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, bugs, performance issues, and production incidents in a timely manner.
• Contribute to unit testing, integration testing, automated testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation, build management, release activities, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with POD members, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
