Job summary

UST in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced engineer to integrate software across CI/CD pipelines and embedded environments. You will configure and monitor pipelines in Jenkins, troubleshoot builds, deployments, and integration issues across development and test environments.

You will work with Git-based workflows and artifact management tools to ensure smooth releases. The role requires strong Python and Groovy scripting, Linux/Unix fundamentals, and hands-on work with target hardware, with

Qualifications

• Experience in software integration, build and release management using Git-based tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins Groovy scripting.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and basic networking.
• Familiarity with embedded software development processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
• Experience with Conan packaging is a plus.

Perform manual software integration activities across multiple environments.

Automated software integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and integration issues in development and test environments.
• Awareness of SW development process for Embedded system lifecycles.
• Knowledge of Python, Groovy and other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and basic networking concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience in software integration, build and release management using GIT and Bitbucket/GitHub and artifact management tools (Artifactory).
• Integration automation using Shell and Python scripts.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance using Groovy script.
• Experience with SW package using Conan; experience in CMAKE and Docker is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SW development processes.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and basic networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
