Job summary

The Toro Technology Center India is seeking a Senior Developer I/II to contribute to the full development lifecycle of web applications. You will work on Angular front-ends and .NET back-ends, implement APIs, and ensure quality through testing and CI/CD practices.

With 6+ years in software development, you will collaborate across teams and mentor newer engineers while delivering resilient, scalable solutions. Hybrid work in Pune is available and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, plus 6+ years in software development.
• Experience in coding, testing, supporting, and debugging software.
• Proficiency with the .NET stack: .NET 4.7, .NET Core, .NET 6/8, .NET Standard, C#, ASP.NET, MVC.
• Knowledge of .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
• SQL Server 2018+, designing queries and integrating with .NET apps.
• Azure services: Functions, Service Bus, App Insights, APIM, Storage.
• CI/CD with deployment automation using Bicep / YAML.
• Mobile and responsive development.
• Web API, Enterprise Services, and SOA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams, customers, and management on all aspects of the development life cycle.
• Develops, implements, and conducts unit testing of web applications using .NET and Angular, ensuring conformity with requirements.
• Designs APIs; ensures solid test coverage; contributes to CI/CD; IaC for owned services; adds metrics/traces; remediates vulnerabilities; mentors newcomers; participates in on‑call with guidance.
• Designs, develops, and maintains web applications using Angular (front-end) and .NET (back-end).

What Will You Do?

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular (front‑end) and .NET (back‑end).

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, and 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Developmental knowledge of coding, testing, supporting, and debugging software
• Visual Studio 2017 +, .NET 4.7, .Net Core, .Net 6, .Net 8.Net Standard, C#, ASP.NET, MVC
• Good knowledge of .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ
• Mid-level Proficiency in Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous programming
• SQL Server 2018+, design queries, optimize stored procedure and SQL integration with .NET application
• Azure Services Knowledge – Functions, Service Bus, App Insights, APIM, Storage Account.
• CI/CD Pipeline, Deployment Automation – Bicep / YAML.
• Good knowledge of Mobile and Responsive development.
• Web API, and Enterprise Services
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
