Job summary

Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking an AI Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions on Azure. You will work across the full application stack, building AI-powered interfaces, REST APIs, and secure integrations with enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI/Flask, ML frameworks, and modern front-end tech (React/Angular).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT, or related field.
• Azure certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, or Azure Developer preferred.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering AI / GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Azure AI services.
• Build and deploy RAG, Agentic AI, and LLM-based applications.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search, and Vector Databases into business solutions.
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and optimize AI model performance.
• Develop responsive web applications and AI-powered interfaces.
• Build REST APIs and microservices using Python frameworks.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure integration patterns.
• Integrate enterprise systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models.
• Work with structured and unstructured data pipelines.
• Perform model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Manage Azure resources, deployments, networking, and security configurations.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Prepare High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, Technical Design Documents, and SOPs.
• Maintain architecture documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Support audits, knowledge transfer sessions, and technical reviews.
