Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Developer - Automation P to design and implement automation workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements, and deploy tools and technologies for process automation via scripting languages, automation platforms, and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology; Master’s in Software Engineering.
• AZ-204 and ISTQB certifications are preferred.
• Power Platform App Maker and Oracle/JAVA certifications add value.
• Experience with AWS, AI/ML concepts, and design-thinking in automation.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
