Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru seeks a Quality Analyst with strong Banking/Finance domain knowledge to translate BRD and requirements into robust QA strategies and testing plans.

You will work with business stakeholders and technology teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and promote efficient QA tools and techniques. The role requires experience in Lending and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Oracle Certified Professional certification is a plus.
• Experience in Lending domain and QA testing.
• Strong business analysis and validation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand core business problems and deliver IT solutions.
• Collaborate with QA team to ensure high-quality products and promote QA tools and techniques.
• Involve in requirements gathering, analysis, design and validation.
• Partner with technology leads to deliver on business requirements.
• Ensure new solutions are scalable and meet architectural standards.
• Be the QA lead for large platform migration programs and extract testing requirements from BRD/requirements.
• Develop test strategy and test scenarios; explore automation opportunities and execute scenarios for certification.
