Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a QA/Quality Analyst with strong LoanIQ experience to join our finance/ lending domain projects. You will work with QA and technology teams to understand business problems and validate IT solutions.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and automation exploration, with a focus on scalable, high-quality platform migrations and servicing processes.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/Any Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Strong product functionality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product and promote efficient QA Tools and Technique.
• Banking experience or finance product domain knowledge.
• Expertise in LoanIQ QA Testing, accounting, accruals & servicing.
• Involve in Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design and Validation.
• Partner with Technology Leads to effectively deliver on business requirements.
• Ensure new solutions are scalable and meet architectural standards.
• Collaborate with larger team for resolution of Implementation issues and validation.
• Act as the Quality analyst for large Platform migration program, analyzing BRD/Requirements and extracting Testing requirements.
• Develop Test Strategy and Test scenarios.
• Explore Automation opportunities and execute test scenarios for certification.
