Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join the support and development team for a custom-built application. You will work as L2/L3 support in India and collaborate with the Kosovo L4 team to deliver enhancements and ensure smooth performance.

The role requires strong React + TypeScript and NestJS skills, plus hands-on Docker and Azure cloud experience. Hybrid work model in India is provided with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in React + TypeScript and NestJS (TypeScript).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database schema design.
• Familiarity with Python services integration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure cloud services (Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Registry, DevOps Pipelines).
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across frontend, backend, and database.
• Collaborate with AI and Data Engineers for service integration.
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 issues escalated from CRG L1 support.
• Participate in code reviews, QA, and performance optimization.
• Ensure licensing and runtime compliance (Node.js 22, PostgreSQL, Docker, Azure services).
• Contribute to documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
