Job summary

Synergetic Communication INC is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Software Engineer (PHP / C# / MS SQL / Zoho Ecosystem) to design, build, and optimize scalable internal business systems and enterprise integrations. You will bridge PHP and .NET backends, SQL Server schemas, and Zoho platforms to create robust APIs and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on professional software development experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in PHP (modern OOP PHP 8.x) and C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, or .NET Framework).
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), including schema design, query tuning, transaction management, and indexing.
• Experience building secure RESTful APIs, token-based authentication (OAuth 2.0), webhooks, and rate-limiting.
• Experience extending the Zoho platform via Deluge, Zoho REST APIs, or Zoho Flow.
• Solid command of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Application & API Development: Design, build, and maintain production-grade services and backend modules using PHP and C# (.NET Core / .NET Framework).
• Zoho Ecosystem Engineering: Build custom Deluge scripts, standalone functions, and RESTful webhooks to integrate and automate workflows across Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Creator, and third-party platforms.
• Database Architecture & Optimization: Architect, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases; write high-performance stored procedures, views, indexing strategies, and complex queries.
• Integrations & Middleware: Develop robust REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL data pipelines to facilitate seamless bidirectional synchronization between proprietary tools and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Code Quality & Reliability: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code; execute automated unit/integration testing; conduct peer code reviews to maintain high maintainability and security standards.
• System Troubleshooting & Escalations: Investigate and resolve production bugs, API latency bottlenecks, data sync conflicts, and edge-case exceptions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to build, modernize, and maintain scalable internal business systems, custom web applications, and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will bridge our core backend services (C# / .NET and PHP), relational data architecture (Microsoft SQL Server), and the Zoho enterprise application ecosystem.

• Zoho Platform Integration: Demonstrated experience extending the Zoho platform via Deluge, Zoho REST APIs, custom functions, or Zoho Flow.
• Tools & Practices: Solid command of Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with queueing systems, asynchronous task runners (e.g., RabbitMQ, Celery, or Redis), and high‑concurrency event processing.
• Background in business process automation within staffing, sales operations, or CRM/ATS platforms.
