Job description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment at Cochin office.

Responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
3. Advertise job openings on job portal, social media, and internally
4. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
5. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
6. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Minimum Requirements:

Proven work experience as an HR IT Recruiter or similar at least for 1 year.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
