Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants in Kolkata is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver L1/L2 desktop and network help. You will support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, ensuring smooth operation of Windows environments.

The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows OS, applications and hardware, and addressing performance issues. A Graduate or Diploma in IT with 1+ year of desktop/IT support experience is preferred.
