Collectively, we will achieve a healthy space for all creatures within the Baghiraa umbrella whilst we are actively expanding our footprint to better meet the needs of our clientele.

Located in a bustling city Bangalore, India, Baghiraa has made extensive efforts in turning one of its offices in India into a minimal waste facility that is over 90% plastic free. The challenge will be extensive in the US locations to mirror this same practice (considering the US as a nation and culture operates on extensive waste in the name of convenience) but this effort, in essence, is the core of our company’s culture.

The company has recently acquired parcels of land in both Atlanta, GA and in Broomfield, CO with buildout plans to follow best-practice sustainability principles, such as Earthship Architecture. We plan to use as close to 100% recycled or reused materials as we can. The sites will consist of office space for employees, a co-working space for the community, residential quarters for employees, a walk-up café/juice bar with outdoor seating for the community, an outdoor multi-use kitchen, as well as a beautiful garden and habitat for various farm animals. Ultimately, the goal of our offices is to become a model for sustainability practices in construction that promote healthy living. Additionally, the locations will serve as educational resource centers for the use of recycled goods, in conjunction with a site to supply recycled materials to the community. In doing this, we aim to make recycled materials more available to the public and the construction industry.

Job Description

The word Sanrachna means “structure” and is derived from the Hindi language. Our name celebrates the blend of two different cultures.

Steel Detailing plays a crucial role in the construction lifecycle. We take the basics of detailing very serious and have built a strong team of experts with knowledge on AISC, CISC, AWS and OSHA Standards.We detail the projects in SDS2 and Tekla.

• Implementation and assessment of Management Suite, resolving technical issues and handling data networks
• Installation, assessment, and testing of desktop software applications
• Resolution of technical issues
• Hands on experience with determining hardware issues and fixing
• Establishment of workstations, assessment for connectivity and its proper functioning
• Diagnose and resolution of software and hardware issues
• Installation of connections, computer networks, and cabling for clients inluding crimping ethernet cables
• Troubleshooting system and server failures, identifying the bottlenecks and improving network efficiency
• Configuration and test of software, maintenance of hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic knowledge on firewal configuration and maintenance
• Setting up and maintaining camera and access control system
• Evaluation of network performance and identification of improvement methods
• Scheduling upgrades and maintaining them without interference
• Offering technical expertise to co-workers and creating a comprehensive instruction manual
• Maintaining inventory of all hardware in the organization
