Job summary

Enpro Industries Pvt Ltd in Maharashtra seeks a skilled Draughtsman/Designer to prepare GA and fabrication drawings, input plate layouts, and manage Excel BOMs for SAP uploads. You will create AutoCAD drawings for pressure vessels and heat exchangers and keep daily time logs, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires ITI or Diploma in mechanical draughtsmanship, strong AutoCAD proficiency, and experience with GA, fabrication, and plate layouts.

Qualifications

• ITI in mechanical Draughtsman or Diploma

• Experience with GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and part drawings in engineering projects
• Knowledge of plate ordering layouts and input drawings for plate cutting layouts
• Familiarity with Excel BOMs for SAP uploading

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior Draughtsman experience is a plus

Job description

As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and self‑checking of engineering drawings and related documents. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing GA drawings, detailed fabrication drawings, part drawings, plate ordering layouts, input drawings for plate cutting layouts, Excel Bill of Materials (BOM) and SAP uploading. You will also be responsible for creating AutoCAD drawings for pressure vessels and heat exchangers, as well as daily updating of the time log sheet.

Key Responsibilities:

• AutoCAD Proficiency: Utilize both basic and advanced knowledge of AutoCAD to create, modify, and self‑check engineering drawings.
• Drawing Preparation: Drawing Preparation with the accuracy and completeness of GA drawings, detailed fabrication drawings, and part drawings required for ordering, machining, and forming.
• Layout Preparation: Prepare plate ordering layouts and input drawings required for plate cutting layouts.
• BOM Preparation and SAP Uploading: Prepare Excel BOMs with correctness for SAP uploading.
• Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger Drawings: Create and self‑check AutoCAD drawings for pressure vessels and heat exchangers, ensuring they meet design specifications.
• Time Log Updates: Maintain daily time log sheets to record day‑to‑day activities and track progress.

Qualifications:

• ITI in mechanical Draughtsman or Diploma
