Role Summary:We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer to support our Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and Value Creation teams.The role will be responsible for translating business, change and communication requirements into high-quality visual assets across multiple formats, including emailers/mailers, presentations, posters, infographics, web pages, digital banners and other communication materials.The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an ability to quickly understand business requirements, work within brand guidelines, manage multiple deliverables and use Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enabled tools to improve both the quality and efficiency of design delivery.

K͏ey responsibilities:

Visual Design & Communication

• Translate business and communication requirements into compelling, clear and professional visual concepts.
• Design and produce emailers, PowerPoint presentations, posters, infographics, banners, newsletters, web page assets and other digital communication materials.
• Simplify complex business information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand communication.
• Maintain visual consistency across different communication channels and deliverables.
• Apply brand guidelines while adapting designs appropriately for different audiences and communication needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Post-Merger Integration, Value Creation, Change Management and Communications teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Interpret design briefs, ask the right questions and recommend visual approaches rather than relying solely on detailed design instructions.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly while maintaining design quality and consistency.

Design Tools & Execution

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
• Have strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, website designing including presentation layouts, executive slides, infographics and visual storytelling.
• Create digital and web-ready assets optimized for different platforms, screen sizes and communication channels.
• Manage source files, templates and reusable design assets in an organized manner.

AI-enabled Design

• Use generative AI and AI-enabled design tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, image creation/editing, layout exploration and production.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to improve quality, creativity, turnaround time and consistency, while exercising strong design judgment over AI-generated outputs.
• Be comfortable experimenting with emerging AI capabilities within tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and other enterprise-approved AI platforms.

Quality & Delivery

• Take ownership of deliverables from brief through final production.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities while meeting agreed timelines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, including layout, typography, imagery, alignment, branding and consistency.
• Conduct thorough quality checks before releasing final artwork.
• Respond effectively to short-turnaround requirements while maintaining quality standards.

S͏kills & Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, creative services or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital communications, presentations, emailers, posters, infographics and web/digital assets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and image editing/optimization.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint design skills are essential.
• Experience creating assets for websites, intranets or digital communication platforms.
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, composition, information design and brand consistency.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into strong visual solutions.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing feedback from multiple teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver against tight timelines.
• Experience using generative AI/AI-assisted design tools to improve creative development and production efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a corporate, consulting, transformation, M&A or change communications environment.
• Exposure to employee communications, organizational change or large transformation programs.
• Experience designing executive presentations and leadership communications.
• Familiarity with basic UX/web design principles would be an advantage.
• Experience creating reusable templates and scalable designs.
