Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to present design choices.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including presentations, infographics, social media content, websites, and print collateral.
• Collaborate closely with account teams, strategists, and copywriters to translate client briefs into visually engaging and effective designs.
• Maintain brand consistency and adherence to established style guides across all design deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance creative output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
• Provide creative input and recommendations on visual communication strategies.
• Ensure all design files are organized, archived, and easily accessible.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media design best practices.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
