Job summary

Morph o Dimensions is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design ideation and client engagement for commercial spaces in Hyderabad. You will drive space planning, mood boards, and material palettes, and present concepts to clients with clarity and confidence, ensuring alignment with project goals.

You will develop GFC drawings and supervise on-site implementation, coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Interior Design with 8+ years in commercial interior design/build.
• Strong design, client-facing communication, and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD/3D tools and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead design ideation and client engagement from concept to execution.
• Create space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Lead client meetings to gather requirements and present concepts.
• Develop GFC drawings and ensure on-site execution matches design intent.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise execution and coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with PM and procurement to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with 3D visualizers for walkthroughs and visuals.
• Incorporate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design execution.
• Create and present space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Lead client meetings to gather project requirements, present design concepts and drawings, communicate design intent effectively, and incorporate client feedback to finalize the proposed solution.
• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure on-site implementation matches design intent.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise project execution, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure quality standards, and validate design implementation.
• Collaborate with the project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.
• Coordinate with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design language.
• Integrate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Design with specialisation in interiors.
• Professional with 8+ years of experience specifically in commercial Interior Design & Build (Interior Fit-Out) industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and spatial flow.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across cities when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage deadlines with ownership.
