Job summary

PeopleStrong in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Architect/Interior Designer to lead project design from concept through site execution at our Corporate Office. You will coordinate with consultants, clients, and marketing teams to ensure design intent is realized on site.

The role requires Diploma in Architecture or equivalent, strong drawing skills, and ability to oversee layouts, MEP/VAC designs, and BOQ preparation. You will visit sites regularly to resolve design issues and ensure timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience with concept development and design presentations.
• Strong drawing and layout preparation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project from concept development, design, presentations and overseeing site execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, site teams and clients.
• Manage material selection and prepare project brief and area statement.
• Identify consulting architects and define scope of work.
• Assist in preparation of BOQ.
• Scrutinize all drawings before sending to site.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve design issues on site.
• Track project schedule and possession dates.
• Prepare layout drawings and details.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales for plans and allotments.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure design intent is met.
• Maintain construction drawings and documents in orderly manner.
• Understand MEP/HVAC designs.
