Job summary

THE TEAM BUILDERS in Mumbai is seeking a Design Planner to drive design schedules, track progress, and coordinate across façade projects. The role requires coordinating with Design, Project, Procurement, Client and Consultant teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 4–5 years of Design Planning or Design Coordination experience, preferably in façade, real estate, or construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–5 years in Design Planning, Project Planning or Design Coordination.
• Façade/Real Estate/Construction experience preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
