Tej Control seeks a senior electrical design lead to manage a team delivering GA drawings, SLDs and BOMs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with IEC/IS standards.

You will oversee drawing approvals, drive process improvements, maintain document control, and mentor engineers to secure project success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs in electrical design, industrial automation, or project engineering.
• Proven lead for design teams and deliverables.
• Skilled in AutoCAD/EPLAN, electrical panels, and control systems.

Responsibilities
