Hiring process

• Intro call — 30 min with our People team to align on context and expectations.
• Craft conversation — 60–75 min with the hiring lead: portfolio walkthrough or technical depth.
• Working session — Paid, scoped exercise reviewed live with two senior teammates.
• Offer — References, comp discussion and a written offer, usually within 10 days.
