Job summary

Times Internet is seeking a design intern to bridge visual aesthetics with functional product thinking. This paid internship spans 3–6 months and involves engaging with the full design process from problem discovery through iterative refinement.

You'll transform briefs into clear visual and information architectures, explore AI-enabled design tools, and develop solutions across digital platforms that balance appeal with usability.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals including typography, composition, hierarchy and graphic design
• Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience designing for digital products or interfaces
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and establish clear design direction before moving to high-fidelity work
• A collaborative mindset — you ask thoughtful questions, explore multiple directions and refine work based on input
• Interest in how emerging AI tools and new design technologies reshape the creative process
