The role involves spearheading product design & development, Innovation, and strategy for aluminum doors and windows, leading a design team, and ensuring compliance with building codes & industry standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in CAD, prototyping, PLM, and aluminum systems design, with a proven track record in the building materials or architectural systems industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead product design and development for aluminum doors, windows, and building systems.
• Drive design innovation and ensure alignment with market research and customer feedback.
• Oversee CAD design, prototyping, and product lifecycle management (PLM).
