Based in Khardah, Kolkata, the candidate will contribute to ISO compliance, TPM initiatives, and safety culture while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet targets and deliver

Qualifications

• Degree or Master in Mechanical Engineering (Spl. In Design).
• Experience with conceptual machine/equipment design and evaluation.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and basic drafting skills (2D/3D).

Responsibilities

• Daily review of internal customer requirements.
• Monitor progress and targets for ongoing work.
• Identify training needs and plan plant training.
• Budget and mobilize resources on time.
• Clarify design aspects with customers/vendors.
• Innovate in equipment/layout design.
• Maintain ISO systems, TPM, and safety culture.
