Job summary

Labindia Instruments Pvt Ltd is seeking a BIM designer proficient in REVIT to translate customer requirements into accurate drawings, layouts, furniture and fume hood designs. You will create 3D visualizations and renderings and coordinate with customers to obtain approvals.

Responsibilities include preparing BOQ, obtaining vendor quotes, acquiring drawings for MEP, HVAC, and GDS from vendors, and coordinating with customers, sales and suppliers to ensure alignment from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience translating customer requirements into REVIT drawings and layouts.
• Hands-on REVIT experience and ability to create families.
• Ability to prepare 3D visualizations and renderings for client review.
