Job summary

Barsyl is seeking a Design Engineer in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, with a strong background in Electrical Engineering. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Design Engineer for Diploma holders, or 3 years for Degree holders. Responsibilities include all electrical design related to construction and providing technical expertise on designs.

The role requires collaboration with various teams, including reporting to the Resident Engineer (Electrical). Candidates with experience in OHE/PSI design and in Railway Electrical Engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Design Engineer for Diploma holders; 3 years for Degree holders.
• Experience with OHE/PSI design for 3 years for Diploma; 2 years for Degree holders.
• Experience as JE/SE/SSE (Design) in Railway Electrical Engineering for 3 years for Diploma; 2 years for Degree holders.

• Provide technical expertise in design and review suggestions on drawings.
• Report to the Resident Engineer (Electrical).

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a combination of any sub-streams of Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized university/institution. He should have worked as Design Engineer in eligible assignments for at least 5 years for Diploma / 3 years for Degree holder. Out of this, he should have experience of OHE/PSI design for 3 years for Diploma / 2 years for Degree holder. OR should have worked as JE/SE/SSE (Design) in Electrical Engineering department of Railway for at least 3 years for Diploma / 2 years for Degree holder.

Job Description

• He shall be responsible for all design related to electrical work for construction.
• He should be well convergent with design and proof checking in a time bound manner. He will be responsible for providing technical expertise in design of all electrical matters, work review/suggestion on design and drawing submitted by the successful firm.
• He shall report to the Resident Engineer (Electrical).
