Kaapro Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara seeks a Product Design Engineer to conceptualize, design, and develop new products using SolidWorks, create detailed drawings and 3D models, and prepare manufacturing specifications.

You will manage design projects from concept to production, perform engineering calculations and simulations, document designs with BOMs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement through design reviews and industry best practices.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new products using SolidWorks software.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications for manufacturing.
• Conduct feasibility studies and testing to validate design concepts.
• Manage design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to verify design integrity.
• Identify and resolve design issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and BOMs.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements to enhance product performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in design engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design and Development:

• o Conceptualize, design, and develop new products and components using SolidWorks software.
• o Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications for manufacturing.
