Job summary

Morni is seeking a talented designer to sit at the center of design, production, and client experience at our Jaipur Spacebase. The role demands luxury garment expertise, a flawless eye for detail, and the ability to bring concepts to life for a worldly clientele.

You will manage sampling, fittings, tech packs, and timelines, coordinating with pattern masters, tailors, and artisans to deliver world-class results. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur.

We need an experienced designer who understands the luxury garment market - someone who can design beautifully, but also knows how to bring that vision to life, manage the details, and get the final piece into the customer's hands at a world-class standard.

The Role

• Coordinate across designers, pattern masters, tailors, embroiderers, dyers, artisans, and vendors
• Work directly with global clients and translate their ideas into clear design direction
• Protect the level of detail, finish, and taste expected in luxury clothing
