Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at Novesse Skin Clinic in Trivandrum. The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology consultations, diagnose and manage skin, hair, and nail conditions, and create individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing procedures such as acne management, scar treatments, pigment correction, and other aesthetic interventions, as well as documenting clinical findings and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves collaborating with clinic staff to ensure high standards of patient care, counseling patients on treatment options and preventive skincare, and participating in clinical quality initiatives and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail disorders.
• Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including aesthetic procedures and minimally invasive treatments.
• Clinical experience in managing Acne and related conditions, with evidence-based medical and procedural approaches.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (MD, DDVL, or equivalent) with appropriate licensure to practice.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and infection control standards.
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain treatment options clearly, and a respectful, inclusive approach to diverse patient populations.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training, case discussions, and adoption of new dermatologic technologies and techniques.
