Job summary

Kolors Healthcare India is seeking a qualified Dermatologist to join our growing team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will provide expert consultations, diagnose skin conditions, and perform advanced aesthetic dermatology procedures with highest safety and ethics.

Shifts include 10am–4pm and 2pm–8pm, with full-time and part-time options. Required MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology (DDVL or DVD) and experience in aesthetic procedures; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology (DDVL or DVD).
• Valid Medical Council Registration.
• Experience in aesthetic procedures is preferred; training can be provided if required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-end clients professionally and ethically.

Responsibilities

• Clinical consultations & diagnosis.
• Conduct detailed skin assessments and consultations.
• Diagnose a range of skin, hair, and nail conditions including acne, pigmentation, alopecia, melasma, eczema, etc.
• Suggest appropriate medical or aesthetic treatments based on client condition and history.
• Advanced aesthetic dermatology procedures.
• PRP/GFC, Chemical Peels.
• Laser Hair Removal & Pigmentation Correction.
• Skin Boosters, Threads, RF, Alma Lasers.
• Maintain accurate client medical records and informed consent forms.
• Adhere to Kolors- SOPs, medical protocols, and regulatory guidelines (MCI/NMC).
• Ensure patient safety and manage any adverse effects appropriately.
• Team Collaboration & Training.
• Coordinate with front-office and counselling teams to provide a seamless client experience.

• Participate in internal training programs and upgrade knowledge on new treatments.
• Coordinate with front-office and counselling teams to provide a seamless client experience.

Terms :

• we will provide training in all advance procedures
• we dont have any leave policy
• only week offs available
• No week off on weekends
• week off on weekdays (Monday to Friday, any one day)
• we will take two years commitment, we are expecting long time commitment with us
• whenever you want to resign need to serve two months’ notice period
• incentives will start from fourth month of joining
