Job summary

DR. GARGI'S in Gurugram invites a consultant dermatologist to own a practice, build a patient base and lead a dermatology service line end to end. You will run consultations, design long-horizon treatment plans, and maintain rigorous clinical documentation with a focus on outcomes.

You should bring MD/DNB in Dermatology and be registered with NMC/Haryana Medical Council, with at least two years of independent practice and hands-on proficiency with lasers and energy-based devices.

Qualifications

• MD or DNB in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy from a recognised institution.
• Valid NMC registration, with Haryana State Medical Council registration in place or transferable.
• Minimum 2 years of independent post-MD practice.
• Hands-on competence with lasers and energy-based devices - you should be able to run a device list without supervision from week one.
• Comfort with aesthetic dermatology as a serious clinical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Run OPD consultations across core dermatology categories and perform aesthetic procedures independently.
• Design and own long-horizon treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
• Build and retain a personal patient following with strong review and referral pipelines.
• Take clinical ownership of a service line, including protocol design, staff training and outcome tracking.

We are led by Dr. Gargi Taneja (MD Dermatology, AIIMS Rishikesh), supported by a senior clinical team and one of the better-equipped device floors in the NCR - Ultracel Q+, Morpheus 8, Alma Soprano Titanium, MCT for hair loss and a full laser suite across categories.

We are not a volume chain and we do not operate like one. Every consultation is a real consultation. Treatment plans are honest, including when the honest answer is that a patient does not need the procedure they came in asking for.

The role

This is a consultant position with real ownership.

You will run your own consultation practice, build your own patient base, and own a treatment category end to end. Our senior consultants carry their own patient following, their own practitioner profile, and their own clinical reputation. We invest in that deliberately.

What you will do

Clinical

• Run OPD consultations across our core categories: pigmentation, acne and acne scars, hair loss, anti-ageing, and laser hair reduction
• Perform aesthetic and procedural dermatology independently - lasers, energy-based devices, injectables, chemical peels, minor surgical procedures
• Design and own long-horizon treatment plans, not one-off procedures
• Maintain clinical documentation in Zenoti to a standard that survives review

Patient base

• Build and retain a personal patient following through outcomes and follow-through
• Own your review and referral pipeline, supported by the brand's marketing engine
• Convert consultations honestly - we measure plan adherence and patient retention, not upsell rate

Category ownership

• Take clinical ownership of one service line (scope agreed at joining), including protocol design, staff training, and outcome tracking
• Work with the operations and inside sales teams on how your category is presented, priced, and followed up

Brand

• Contribute to clinical content and thought leadership where you want to; this is an opportunity, not an obligation
• Represent the brand's clinical standard in how you speak to patients

What we are looking for

Essential

• MD or DNB in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy from a recognised institution
