Looking for a sales executive for Secured Business Loans.

Responsibilities include servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

The sales efforts should be focused by studying existing and potential dealer volumes.

The candidate must keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

The candidate should be responsible for Physical Discussion with Customers (PD).

Ability to understand property valuation, as well as legal and technical norms, is required.
