Deepak Nitrite is seeking a Dy./Asst Manager QC to supervise routine analytical work, ensuring production and dispatch schedules stay on track.

The role covers calibration, validation, SOPs, analytics protocols, stability studies and ERP releases. SAP experience is essential, with emphasis on GMP/IMS/ISO compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Ideal candidates will have 13+ years in QC, NABL/Lead Auditor/FDA certifications considered a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 13 years of experience in QC department.
• Thorough knowledge of QC department procedures and IMS/ISO systems.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP environments is essential.
• Certifications like NABL, Lead Auditor, FDA are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor routine analytical work to keep production and dispatch on schedule.
• Take care of QC functions like calibration, validation, working standards and control samples.
• Prepare SOPs, analytical specifications and analytical protocols.
• Conduct stability studies and report to Head-QC.
• Release incoming and outgoing material in ERP.
• Ensure good laboratory practices are followed.
• Control labeling and maintain records per SOP.
• Monitor and achieve QHSE objectives.
• Conduct training for QC personnel.
• Suggest improvements to dept. systems and test methods.

Role & responsibilities

1. Dy. / Asst Manager QC to monitor all routine analytical work in order to keep production/ dispatch schedule on time.
2. Take care of all QC related functions like calibration, validation, working standards, control samples, etc.
3. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, Analytical specifications, Analytical protocols, etc.
4. Conduct stability studies and report to Head-QC.
5. Take care to release all incoming & out going material in ERP.
6. Ensuring that good laboratory practices are followed.
7. To control the labeling activity.
8. To maintain all records and follow standard operating procedure.
9. To monitor & achieve the QHSE objectives.
10. To conduct training activity for QC personnel.
11. Suggestions related to improvement in dept. system, test and/or test methods and monitoring the activities of non-managerial staff.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate must be able to handle second line position in the department
• thorough knowledge of QC deoartment procedures and IMS/ISO system
• Must have SAP knowledge
• Min. 13 years experience is required
• Added certifications like NABL, Lead auditor, FDA, etc. will be consider
