Job summary

AFRY is seeking a skilled young Engineer to assist, monitor, and coordinate with the Project Management Team in engineering consultancy. The role emphasizes internal project coordination, document management, and compliance with PM requirements.

The candidate will help prepare management reports and MOMs, leveraging knowledge of PM guidelines and tools to support hydropower projects. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering + master’s degree in project management/ structural engineering from reputed institutes.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Having work experience in MS project/ Primavera software accreditation will be an added advantage.
• Having work experience with Staad Pro software will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems.
• 5-6 years of overall experience in Project Planning/Coordination/Design (preferably in hydropower sector).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for the interaction of local and foreign stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in co-ordination and communication and monitoring.
• A positive and dedicated team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
