About this Role
We are seeking a creative and highly structured Communications & Visual Storytelling Specialist to join the HR Director Office within our Human Resources Services team. Based in Pune with a hybrid working model, this role focuses on translating complex HR strategies, leadership discussions, and data into clear, compelling narratives and premium visual outputs that support executive decision‑making and leadership forums.
What you’ll do
- Translate high-level strategic thinking and unstructured leadership discussions into structured, visually engaging presentations.
- Build clear narratives from raw inputs, evolving ideas, and complex information.
- Design professional‑grade PowerPoint decks, infographics, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Shape content into concise and compelling storylines, clearly articulating what matters, why it matters, and what happens next.
- Draft clear written communications, including summaries, key messages, and leadership notes.
- Bring clarity to ambiguity by organising scattered inputs into coherent frameworks.
- Manage feedback constructively and refine outputs efficiently through multiple iterations.
Who you are
- An individual with strong structured thinking and the ability to organise ideas logically and clearly.
- Comfortable simplifying complex information without losing meaning or impact.
- Highly skilled in visual communication, particularly in creating high‑quality PowerPoint presentations. Confident in clear, concise business writing.
- Detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with fast‑paced timelines.
- An early‑career professional with approximately 7–8 years of experience in visual design and communication design using advanced tools.
