Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a quality-focused engineer to oversee in-process inspection of panel fabrication, wiring, and assembly of partial finished panels at the Mumbai site.

You will ensure inspection documents for PLC, LV drives, MV drives are ready and coordinate with inspection agencies. Lead Six Sigma, 5S, ISO initiatives and drive root-cause analysis with the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing of panel industries.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong debugging capability.
• Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Customer-focused approach with strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
