Legrand India is seeking a Deputy Manager - Quality (ADLEC) to lead quality assurance across electrical and digital systems. You will design robust processes, run audits, and ensure product integrity while working with process owners to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The position requires BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, 7–10 years in electrical quality, and strong auditing credentials, with a focus on continual improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in quality, preferably in Electrical Switchgear/Switchboard industry.
• 2–3 years of experience in Process, Product, and Quality System Audits.
• ISO/TQM/Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001 is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality tools like SPC and PFMEA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly.

• 7-10 years of experience in the Quality department, with a focus on Electrical Switchgear/Switchboard industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Process, Product, and Quality System Audits.
• Quality certifications such as ISO, TQM, or Six Sigma are preferred.
• Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001 is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality tools like SPC and SOC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• A strong understanding of Electrical Switchgears, Switchboards, and relevant IS/IEC standards.
• Knowledge of testing methods and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with Product Qualification, PPAP, and PFMEA tools is desirable.
