Job summary

• Lead Peptide API Synthesis & Purification with focus on continuous improvement, yield optimization, and process efficiency.
• Maintain and uphold production quality standards by supporting investigations, validations, deviation management, change controls, CAPAs, and resolution of customer complaints.
• Ensure timely verification of resources including raw materials, equipment readiness before production runs.
• Identify, escalate, and document equipment breakdowns and abnormal observations promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for team members to ensure clarity and smooth workflow.
• Utilize SAP for production tracking, resource management, and operational reporting.
