Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Deputy Manager for Pilot Plant operations in Tamil Nadu. The role involves supervising all shift production activities, ensuring safe operations, adherence to quality standards, and meeting production targets.

You will allocate manpower and guide operators to maintain compliance with batch records and SOPs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in chemical engineering with 8+ years of plant operations experience, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• Experience in plant operations with exposure to production shifts.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Ability to monitor process parameters and quality checkpoints.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during the shift.
• Allocate manpower based on production requirements and priorities.
• Ensure products are manufactured to approved specs and batch records.
• Record production output, downtime, deviations and resource usage.
• Identify training needs and provide on-the-job guidance.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
