HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking a Deputy Manager for Open Market Agency in Pune. The role leads 6-10 sales managers across tier-2 and -3 cities, recruits and activates agents, drives market share with profitability, and travels to DO locations twice monthly to explore new business. You will meet channel partners and document meetings.

Applicants should be graduates with 4–8 years of sales experience in the insurance domain and readiness to operate from a corporate branch in Pune.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team of sales managers.
• Experience in recruitment and activation of agents with profitability focus.
• Ability to visit multiple locations and manage field operations.
• Strong networking with channel partners and driving market opportunity.

• Interaction with cross functional teams like operations and claims for any query
• Ensure continuous learning of team and groom them to become future leaders
