Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Bardhaman is seeking a Deputy Manager - Open Market Agency to drive monthly sales targets for Motor and Health products. You will recruit, train and develop advisors from the open market and ensure a minimum recruitment target each month.

You will generate business through regular visits with motor dealers and alignment with bank branches, contributing to the Retail Business Group in the East region.
