Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional for plant maintenance in India. The role focuses on safe shift operations, CAPA execution in turbine areas, and adherence to JSA guidelines while driving continual improvement in equipment efficiency.

The candidate will contribute to long-term maintenance planning, cost budgeting, inventory optimization, and cross-department collaboration to meet plant performance targets.

Qualifications

• Essential qualification is B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Desired qualification is M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Total experience required is 5–12 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working in the assigned area during the entire shift.
• Implement CAPA in turbine area pumps, piping, valves.
• Follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) guidelines.
• Execute innovative plant maintenance standards to stay competitive.
• Provide input to long term maintenance plans based on predictive and preventive maintenance principles.
• Provide budget inputs and help control costs to meet yearly budgets.
• Interface with other departments to support PLF, heat rate, and other goals.
• Support to maintain optimum inventory level balancing value and availability of critical spares.
• Strive for continual improvement in equipment and system performance.
• Get work done through service providers.
• Maintain necessary documentation for the job.
• Achieve quality parameters through best maintenance practices.
