Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring accuracy in cost estimation and billing.
• Conduct detailed quantification of project requirements and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Develop and maintain rate estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Review interim and final payment applications from contractors.
• Implement best practices in cost management and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B. Tech/ Diploma - Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical; a Master\'s degree or professional certification is a plus.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and billing
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, methods of measurement, and cost control.
