Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate law, or private equity.

• LLB/BA LLB from a recognized university; LLM is a plus.

To provide comprehensive legal support for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, strategic investments, and corporate restructuring initiatives. The role involves transaction execution, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

M&A Transactions

• Support end-to-end execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence and identify legal, regulatory, contractual, and litigation risks.
• Prepare due diligence reports and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents

Corporate & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws including Companies Act, FEMA, Competition Act, SEBI Regulations, and other relevant statutes.
• Support corporate restructuring, amalgamations, demergers, and capital raising activities.
• Coordinate filings and approvals with regulatory authorities.

Qualification & Experience

Education

• LLB / BA LLB from a recognized university.
• LLM will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate law, private equity transactions, or corporate advisory.
• Experience with reputed law firms, consulting firms, or large corporates preferred.
• Exposure to cross-border transactions would be advantageous.
