Job summary

Adani is seeking a land acquisition specialist to manage private land acquisitions for renewable energy projects in Gujarat. You will coordinate with revenue authorities, ensure deed documentation, and oversee mutation of land records in the company’s favor.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong liaison with revenue stakeholders, and a vigilant approach to timeline adherence on designated projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in land acquisition and revenue document management.
• Stakeholder liaison in Renewable Energy sector.
• 2–4 years of experience in Renewable Energy or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall land acquisition for private land.
• Arrange revenue documents from the revenue department as required.
• Coordinate with LF for lease/sale deed and ROW execution.
• Coordinate with Patwari & LF for physical demarcation of lease/sale land.
• Arrange mutation updates in revenue records in favor of the company.
• Resolve local ROW issues to meet project timelines.

• Co-ordinate with LF for the lease/sale deed and its ROW execution.
• Co-ordinate with Patwari & LF for the physical demarcation of lease/sale land.
• Arrange to update the mutation of Govt/Pvt land in favor of Company name in revenue records.
• Resolve the local ROW in time to achieve the project on designated timeline.

Non-Negotiable Skills

Proven experience in land acquisition, revenue document management, and stakeholder liaison in the Renewable Energy industry
