Ideal candidates have 1-6 years in internal audit, inspection, or compliance, with knowledge of capital markets and regulatory requirements, and strong audit reporting skills. You will collaborate with regulators and internal teams and drive timely inspections.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/MBA/M.Com with 1-6 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of financial markets, capital markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and offsite inspections of trading members and stockbrokers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review member submissions, documents, and audit reports, and prepare inspection reports.
• Analyse data and prepare reports for regulators and internal departments.
• Ensure timely completion of inspections and compliance activities as per defined SLAs.
• Coordinate and conduct training and investor awareness programs.
• Identify compliance gaps and escalate issues.
