Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the financial operations of the Wind Mill Blade Manufacturing Plant, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, cost optimization, and strategic financial planning aligned with corporate objectives and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Management

  • Monitor and control manufacturing costs including raw materials, labor, overheads, and logistics.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive lean finance practices.
  • Support product costing, margin analysis, and pricing decisions.

Capex & Investment Management

  • Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and monitor project budgets.
  • Ensure timely capitalization of Assets and track the CWIP periodically.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the plant.
  • Analyze financial performance, variances, and KPIs to support operational decision-making.
  • Provide strategic insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Pricing of product in line with Transfer pricing guidelines in coordination with tax teams
  • Working Capital Management Plant level & Control of inventory holding, stockout risk assessment etc.

Controlling & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (IFRS/IND-AS), and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Manage audits (internal, statutory, tax) and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with plant operations, procurement, supply chain, and corporate finance teams.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Matrix structure reporting with direct interface of Global stakeholders

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Drive automation and digitalization of finance processes (SAP/ERP).
  • Enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness through system improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Costing / C.A / M. Com / MBA Finance
  • 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing finance, preferably in renewable energy or heavy engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of plant finance, costing, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Hands on SAP Skills especially in MM & SD
